Rhythms and Rhymes Cerulean Phoenix, 23 July 2019 What days may come To sing of joy laugher and funChildren dance in pools of sunSpinning in sparkels of forever and hopeBubbels and rainbows all aboutThe brightness, the light as the day draws out.For no storm in southNo muer in the westWill sway a child on a questThe shadow will fall The trees will bow down Don the fairies that on happiness frownWaken the gloaming, redd eyes in the northStike down the wicked- the thunder in east.Still the rain will not hinderThe dragon not swayThose little children how dare to play While writing chapter two I had this vision: “I see this image of a girl. Light Curley hair, surrounded by bubbles and string. She dances in the sun light, twirling and spinning the string around her as the bubbles refract the sunlight all around her. Her laughter like bells in the wind. She is happy…” And the limerick came to mind. I thought of using in the story but it doesn’t fit the narrative of Ami so much. It does fit another character that you will learn about in one of the short stories I will be posting in conjunction with the Edaine Scrolls Series. Mages Montage
